To remove forwarding press the “Cancel Forward” softkey. To verify that your calls are forwarded, look for the “Forward All” icon in the line label, and the forwarding information in the header. Then enter the phone number you want to forward your calls to, exactly as you would dial it from your phone. To do this on a Cisco phone, press the “Forward All” softkey. You can forward your office phone line to another phone number, such as your cell phone. The phone system has limited capacity to support forwarding, so please reserve this for health care and critical business functions.
